It\u2019s now the end of boring lunch break when you used to sit down alone or hide behind your desk! The Lunch Beat Montreal<\/a>, a concept coming from Sweden, made it\u2019s grand debut yesterday at Cinema Excentris<\/a>, were Montrealers could enjoy a very fun workday dance party.<\/p>\n

So we ended up in the heart of a very electric (nearly epileptic) atmosphere during the lunch break. The concept was simple: just dance non-stop during 60 minutes (from noon to 1: pm), eat and drink (no alcohol), then go back to work! Only one rule: no business talk!!!<\/p>\n

What better way to go wild over lunchtime and take a break from work ?<\/p>\n

Parts of the Made in Blog team stretch their legs and reach the dancefloor (yep you read it well !). And I can tell you that as huge party girls like us we literally took the dancefloor and bust out our best dance moves (I am so kidding here!). Okay… we were just dancing and jiggling around on the beat of the excellent Dj Hissy Fit<\/a>.<\/p>\n

And after the beat \u2026Lunch time !!<\/h4>\n

We enjoyed a delicious vegetarian lunch served by M\u00e9li\u00e8s. Yummyyyy !<\/p>\n
