To highlight this launch, L’Oréal partnered with Made in to create a multi-platform influencer marketing strategy, spreading the word about the Beauty Gifter far and wide. To do so, Made in recruited 10 key ambassadors, in charge of introducing the Beauty Gifter to their communities, while inviting their audience to use the tool for Mother’s Day! Made in leveraged the influencers’ large following on different platforms, such as YouTube, Instagram, Instagram Stories, and Facebook by having the creators spread their content on all platforms, maximizing the reach and awareness.
So how exactly does it work? The Beauty Gifter is an intelligent beauty products discovery and transaction bot. The objective of the service is to help consumers find the right beauty box gift for their friends & family based on a series of questions that define their friend’s beauty profile and help consumers select the right brand, and the right product mix at the right budget.
