Invested in Fondation Jean Lapointe’s 28 Days Sober Challenge since its inception in 2013, Made in was looking to redefine content creation around this Challenge, then in its seventh year.

How do you keep an audience interested and engaged throughout the entirety of the month of February?
The answer: L’effet 28 jours (28 Days Effect), the Fondation Jean Lapointe podcast.

Made in developed, produced and broadcast one podcast episode per day, for the entire duration of the Challenge. Each day, without judgement or taboos, a guest shared their experiences and their view on the place alcohol has in our society and our lives.

Whether they were well-known or not, every guest had a unique point of view that was explored in the intimate podcast format. The episodes were released directly on the 28 Days Sober Challenge website, as well as on all major podcast streaming platforms.

People were all ears. With more than 10 000 listens, the podcast captivated Quebecers and paved the way for a new era of audio production for Made in.
