As director, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by meeting marketing objectives for integrated campaigns;
- Leading account growth;
- Plan, organize and supervise the strategic execution of mandates while ensuring project profitability
In concrete terms, you will take on stimulating challenges that require you to have a business vision and to act quickly. More specifically :
CUSTOMER RELATIONS:
- Ensure that the goals, objectives and contractual commitments of the clients are respected through the execution of the project;
- Find creative solutions with clients and internal team to achieve results;
- Listen to client needs and identify development opportunities to drive substantive growth;
- Create, share and track deliverables associated with each campaign: dashboards, timelines, reports and analysis;
- Update and manage budget tracking files and trend analysis;
- Budget tracking and making recommendations;
- Present campaign reports and make recommendations;
MANAGEMENT OF MANDATES
- Plan and organize mandates in order to achieve results;
- Manage the budgets of the mandates and ensure their profitability;
- Guide and supervise team members on each mandate in collaboration with the Director of Brand and Consulting Services;
- Guide the selection of influencers to ensure that they meet the objectives;
- Guide the team in negotiating contracts with content creators and/or Made in talent;
- Ensure that WBS’s for all projects are produced and delivered on time;
- Oversee the quality assurance of projects;
- Participate in the development of the brand and consulting services department;
- Present monthly reports on Brands and Consulting projects to department management and make recommendations;
- Train teams when necessary;
- Use the technology platforms and tools associated with each campaign;
- Respect internal management practices
To succeed in these upcoming challenges, you have:
- Master’s degree in business administration, marketing-communications (or any other similar degree);
- Minimum 6 years of experience in digital management and advertising, agency experience an asset;
- Strong management skills including analysis, alignment, resource planning, team management, milestone and goal management and accountability for overall success of engagements;
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing objectives;
- Ability to collaborate effectively and demonstrated talent for negotiation;
- Flawless oral and written communication in both French and English to work with both French and English speaking clients;
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to last minute requests;
- Sense of initiative to go above and beyond the call of duty and sense of autonomy expected;
- Ability to find ways to assist and support colleagues in the collective achievement of set objectives;
- Sense of responsibility: being accountable for the results of those under his/her supervision;
- Ability to create conditions that encourage people to channel their energies towards the achievement of the agreed work plan and organizational goals;
- Being results oriented: focusing on expected results, setting high goals and making the effort to achieve or exceed them;
